The real flagship of Podere la Piazza is the restaurant that allow guests to eat in Costigliole d’Asti a place of rare beauty, between Langhe and Monferrato. The chef Josè Dafarra, graduated in catering school has followed pastry courses in France and has worked in star restaurant, he proposes typical Piedmont and Langhe dishes, but also fish-based menu. The raw material used are of very first quality and come from small local producer. The restaurant is equipped with two rooms, one can accommodate up to 60 guests, while the other can accommodate up to 230 guests. The service, guaranteed by experienced and friendly staff, aims to makes guests feel at home.
Since October 2018, the gastronomic offer has been enriched with the Podere La Piazza Bistrot. It offers a tasting menu with a selection of typical dishes and author re-visitations. For bistrot are reserved two rooms, one with frescoes by 1700 and one at panelled. The bistrot is also appropriate for appetizers. At the restaurant and the bistrot can be tasted wines produced by farmhouse, such as Barbera and many other labels.
