Instead, at about 40 minutes, there is Turin with the Dome, Palazzo Madama, the Egyptian Museum and the Cinema Museum at the Mole, the Reggia of Venaria and Stupinigi. Not to mention the stores and nightclubs. Those who want to relax at the spa, in just 35 minutes you can reach Acqui Terme. While who wants do a little bit of shopping can reach in 60 minutes the Serravalle Outlet, the biggest Outlet in Europe. |

wine are an art.
The Langhe are a casket rich of food and wine. Wines, truffle and hazelnuts are only some of the fruits of this beautiful land. The Podere La Piazza, following the wine tradition of Langhe, cultivate the vineyards that surrounding the farmhouse from which arise wines such as the Barbera d’Asti, the Arneis, the Nebbiolo, the Moscato and the Grignolino. All labels that can be tasted among the farmhouse. Another typical product of Langhe and Roero is the White Truffle of Alba, that is appreciated in cuisines all over the world for it is unique taste. Also the hazelnut have fans everywhere, particularly the Tonda Gentile Trilobata, variety that can be boast from Piedmont I.G.P.
A territory so rich of excellent products, can only have and important cuisine. Among the first courses there is the Panissa, risotto with different ingredients such as beans, savoy cabbage, pork fat and addition of red wine. Then there are the egg tagliatelle, the Tajarin, that are served with truffle. Among the typical dishes there is the boiled beef prepared with different kind of meat and green sauce. These and others speciality can be eaten at the restaurant and bistrot of the Podere La Piazza farmhouse.
